About Rooted Roho
Where Healing Takes Root
The term “Rooted Spirit” denotes a profound connection to one’s origins or foundations, both literally and figuratively. It suggests being grounded, stable, and deeply connected to one’s culture, traditions, or beliefs. A rooted spirit reflects an individual who draws strength and inspiration from core values, navigating life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. This concept embodies a sense of stability and inner strength amidst change and adversity.
At Rooted Roho, we believe in the transformative power of connection—to oneself, one’s origins, and the world around us. Our collective is founded on the principle of fostering resilience and authenticity, helping individuals draw strength from their core values and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and purpose.

Our Approach
Thank you for considering Rooted Roho as your partner in mental wellness. People seek care for a variety of reasons—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by personal or professional stress, looking to better understand your relationships, or managing ongoing health concerns. At Rooted Roho, our approach starts with you. We take a holistic view of your well-being by exploring all aspects of your life—biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and relational—that impact your mental health. From this comprehensive perspective, we’ll create a customized treatment plan using psychotherapy and psychopharmacology tailored to your specific needs.
Our Process
Request a brief screening, and we’ll respond within 24 business hours. This initial conversation helps us determine if a full consultation is appropriate for you.
If we proceed, we’ll complete a detailed assessment of your current and past symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medication use, and social background. Additional medical records, input from family or loved ones, and lab work may be required for a thorough understanding.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your personal goals, answer any questions, and offer clear recommendations. Please remember to complete the forms in your patient portal prior to your appointment, and feel free to reach out with any questions along the way.
